DDE data is the core engine of the DDE programme, and supports the DDE vision by promoting the aggregation of Earth evolution data with open data policy, facilitating universal and equitable access to quality-geosciences data and providing long-term data stewardship to support data-driven discoveries on Earth evolution. The architecture of the DDE Data has been designed following FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) including data policy & data standard system, linked data network, data collection & stewardship for earth science disciplines and national nodes, data integration models based on data elements and gridding systems, and the big data management system.
