The DDE Annual Report for 2024 is now ready and could be accessed here (DDE Annual Report 2024).
DDE completed 5 years of its implementation in early 2024; as the annual report for 2024 clearly shows DDE has entered its sixth year of implementation with several important innovations such as the collaboration with the Zhejiang Lab to develop GeoGPT, strengthening DDE contributions to geodata science in Africa and submitting a proposal to UNESCO for endorsement as an initiative under the International Decade of Sciences for Sustainable Development (IDSSD; 2024-2033)
